Description
Working with Danielian, ACS found the original site for the property, negotiated the purchase, and created the project in it’s entirety from scratch. ACS presented and passed the city’s tough historical committee, planning commission, and city council with no dissenting votes.
ACS’s facilitation of the owners vision and the cities CC&R’s through Danielian architecture won 2021 SAGE Award for this project.
